Session Fees

Initial Intake: $200

Individual Therapy: $150 / 55 min session

Couples Therapy: $250/ 60 min session

Group Therapy: $60 pp/ 60 min session

Insurance

Mindbridge Wellness accepts the following insurance:

Aetna
Cigna
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield NY
Oxford
United Healthcare

We recommend checking back frequently for updates on our insurance partnerships. If your insurance plan is not listed above, I can provide documentation for you to submit for "out-of-network" reimbursement if your plan allows it.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card/ debit card via IvyPay. All payment are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation/ Late Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $100. This policy helps manage the schedule and offer the best possible availability to all clients.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We kindly ask that if you expect to be late by more than 10 minutes, please reach out in advance. Repeated late arrivals may necessitate a review of your scheduled appointments.
